Working with our friends at Denton House Research, who analysed Land Registry data from the last 10 years, we have uncovered the Top 100 most popular cottage names across the UK. Alongside the ranking, we have also included the average sale price achieved for each.
This week we share the names that sit between the 90th and 86th place:
- 90th - Hazel Cottage
- 89th - Middle Cottage
- 88th - Rowan Cottage
- 87th - Bay Tree Cottage
- 86th - Holly Tree Cottage
