I have been having a bit of fun playing around with AI and thought it best to start with something that is local.

This is the Smeaton Tower, but re-imagined as if it were an old architectural blueprint rather than a photograph. It is the same building, same landmark, just viewed through a completely different lens.

It got me thinking; before we jump into writing about prices, supply, demand, or where the local property market is heading, sometimes it helps to change the angle first. Look at familiar places in unfamiliar ways. That is often where the better questions come from.
